The app

Aquarealm is an aquarium planning and education tool. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

Not veterinary or emergency advice

Aquarealm's compatibility ratings, water-chemistry guidance, feeding math, and power-outage estimates are educational heuristics, not professional advice. Real animals vary. For a sick fish or a genuine emergency, consult an aquatic veterinarian or an experienced local fish store. You are responsible for the welfare of your animals.

Purchases

Aquarealm is a one-time paid app with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Your purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their payment terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, per their policies.

Your content

Layouts and exports you create are yours. Princess Magenta, her dialogue, and Aquarealm's artwork and code remain ours.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of livestock; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
